Outdoor Preschool

The natural areas of Dodge Lane Trails and Preservation Park, a 67 acre urban forest, allow children the opportunity to explore, discover, create and understand the natural world and their place within it. 

The creative process of learning continues inside our fully-equipped indoor classrooms and facilities, bringing the outside in.

Our nature preschool programming offers children the opportunity;

• to gain social and emotional confidence,

• to explore math and science in context,

• to gain experiences in early literacy, music, art, dramatic play, cooking and much more.

Children are also nurtured through our school food program.  Every day students and teachers enjoy a freshly prepared organic, seasonal three-course lunch and two snacks from our school kitchen.  

Hours

The program is offered year round and you can join the waitlist at any time. Enrollment is based on space availability.

Full-Time Program: Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm

Part-Time Programs: 

• 3 day (Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday) from 8:30am – 5:00pm

• 2 day (Thursday/Friday) from 8:30am – 5:00pm

Age Range

The Guelph Outdoor Preschool program is created for children 2.5 - 6 years old. We may be able to include children who are a little younger (27 months) if they are fully toilet trained.

Tuition

We are happy to be enrolled in the CWELCC program!
Fees include: AM snack, lunch, PM snack, and all taxes.

2 days a week - $183.33/month ($22/day)
3 days a week - $291.50/month ($22/day)
5 days a week - $478.50/month ($22/day)
